We customize our services to meet your needs and preferences including a selection of seasonal add-ons.

Exclusivity

The Spa and services are exclusive amenities for our Inn guests. We do not provide services to the general public. If you desire to enjoy spa services during your guest stay it is important to schedule in advance, sometimes as much as two weeks ahead of your scheduled stay.

Groups and Getaways:

We encourage groups to book lodging concurrent with spa services. Imagine the fun you will have with your friends and family during a two day stay at the GraceNote Inn complemented with Fine Dining and exclusive Spa services. The Inn and campus have many beautiful spaces for relaxation and conversation. If you are booking the entire Inn for two days or more, the Innkeeper will be happy to arrange other adjunct services such as yoga and meditation sessions, guided area hikes and other activities for your group to enjoy. In order to best serve our Inn guests, we do not accommodate groups from the community who are not our lodging guests.

Spa Policies & Etiquette

To preserve the quiet, calm nature of the spa, we ask that you silence your cell phone before entering and refrain from using it while you are in the Spa building. If you must use your phone, please step outside to do so.
Scheduling of spa treatments is recommended two weeks in advance.

The availability books fast especially during holidays and prime seasons in Western Maine. To avoid disappointment, please plan ahead.

The amenities are available exclusively to Inn guests daily 10 AM to 10 PM.

Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa facility at any time.

Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will result in a full charge without credit towards a reschedule.

We accept all major forms of credit cards and gift certificates are treated as cash for services.

No cash refunds will be given for balances on gift certificates. Balances will remain until used.

Appointments are secured with payment in advance. Guests of the Inn may charge their services to their rooms. Room charges are automatically charged a 20% provider gratuity. Tips are customary in the industry at 20% of services and can be paid by cash or credit card.

If any services do not meet your expectations, please discuss the situation with the Innkeeper.

There is no outside food or beverage allowed in the spa building ever. Do not bring your own food or beverage into the building. Violation of this policy will result in your being asked to leave the property without refund.

We recommend for your comfort that you change into the provided robe and slippers upon entrance to the building. Storage is provided for your personal things.
Do not bring articles of value into the building. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please remove your shoes when you enter the spa and place them in the provided wall cubbies. Please remove all jewelry prior to treatment.

The spa building is a quiet sanctuary. Please respect other guest’s rights to privacy and serenity.

The entire campus is non-smoking. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
